pakistan suffers massive shortage of electricity

today pakistan suffers  from a massive  shortage of electricity . electricity generation in pakistan has shrunk by 50% in recent year due to overreliance on hydroelectric power . in 2008 availability of power in pakistan falls short of the population 15%. pakistan was hits its worst power crisis in 2007.  

after assassination of benazir bhutto and the following riots, production by fall in 600 megawatts.  and massive blackout followers suit the blame was laid on president pervaiz MUSHRRAF and the instrumenta defeats looding shedding (deliberate blackouts) and the power blackouts and become servere in pakistan in recent year"s . the main problem is with pakistan's poor power generation is raising political instability together with raising demands for power and lack of efficiency.

why pakistan not take electicity from china.. which they giving at very cheap rate"s... ..china give at 300 rps.rate. supply each  homes.. in pakistan. . . but the pakistani  goverment was not taken from them....
